Our dough is whipped up fresh by our chefs, every morning, using grains from the guys at Shipton Mill in Gloucestershire. Next, if anyone knows anything about great tomatoes, they’ll know that San Marzano’s are the cream of the crop. Alongside Cornish sea salt and fresh basil, that’s all that goes into our signature Stable sauce.
We could go on and on about our suppliers, but we’ll keep it short and sweet. Our beef and lamb are from Thorner’s in Somerset, the oils on your table hail from the Cotswolds and if you’re looking for something closer to home, be sure to check our local slices!
