It all begins with our signature sourdough, made with grains from Shipton Mill in Gloucestershire and topped with ingredients sourced from the farms and dairies we have a lotta love for. We’ve teamed up with a number of suppliers who care as much about taste and quality as they do about the land they’re working on. No cutting corners, no nonsense – just fresh, honest flavour. Just how we like it round here.
