The Menu
Our dough is whipped up fresh by our chefs, every morning, using grains from the guys at Shipton Mill in Gloucestershire. Next, if anyone knows anything about great tomatoes, they’ll know that San Marzano’s are the cream of the crop. Alongside Cornish sea salt and fresh basil, that’s all that goes into our signature Stable sauce.
We could go on and on about our suppliers, but we’ll try to keep it short and sweet. Our beef’s from Thorner’s in Somerset, bacon’s from Elm Farm, who source only from the West Country, eggs are from St Ewe, butter’s from Trewithen Dairy, and our brioche rolls are from Baker Tom’s. Proper job.
