It all begins with our signature sourdough, made with grains from Shipton Mill in Gloucestershire and topped with ingredients sourced from the farms and dairies we have a lotta love for. We’ve teamed up with a number of suppliers who care as much about taste and quality as they do about the land they’re working on. No cutting corners, no nonsense – just fresh, honest flavour. For those who don’t know us yet, we kicked things off with a simple idea – a spot where great food, local cider, and good company come together to create something pretty special. Taking to centre stage, our sourdough pizza made with dough whipped up from scratch each morning and topped the best British ingredients around.
