We’ve taken our base game to the next level. Bigger, thinner and crispier to be exact. And why, you ask? Because when it comes to pizza, size does in fact matter. Think maximum size, maximum toppings and yes you got it, maximum flavour.
And whilst we’ve increased the size of our bases, rest assured, one thing that hasn’t changed is our dough. It’s not just sourdough, it really is ‘our dough’. Let us break it down for you. Each morning our dough is whipped up fresh, using grains from the guys at Shipton Mill in Gloucestershire and left to prove with our very own sourdough starter named ‘Jerry’. It’s a recipe and taste we’ve been perfecting since 09. Light and just right. Next, if anyone knows anything about great tomatoes, they’ll know that San Marzano’s are the cream of the crop. Alongside Cornish sea salt and fresh basil, that’s what goes into our signature Stable sauce.
