“Let’s convert the stable” they said. “Let’s serve the best cider and pizza” they said. So we did. We tapped into the local cider-making community, chose the best ingredients to top our fresh sourdough pizza bases and we were off! It all started behind an old hotel in Bridport, Dorset in 2009 and now we’re growing and growing. With seventeen locations across the West Country and beyond, we come from humble beginnings but we’ve got our sights set sky high.
