Introducing our new local pizza
Across land and sea, we’ve been scouring the breadth of the country to bring you a taste of some of the best local ingredients from independent, small batch producers. Back in our test kitchen, we mixed, we marinated and finally, we topped our pizzas with our newly sourced larder of regional ingredients. We’re proud as punch to be keeping things local and supporting some incredible artisinal producers, and we’re pretty happy with just how delicious they are too.

Perl Las is a legen-dairy Welsh cheese, winning multiple awards for its udderly creamy texture and salty blue veins. Handmade at the family-run farm in Caws Cenarth since 1903.
