Introducing our new local pizza
Across land and sea, we’ve been scouring the breadth of the country to bring you a taste of some of the best local ingredients from independent, small batch producers. Back in our test kitchen, we mixed, we marinated and finally, we topped our pizzas with our newly sourced larder of regional ingredients. We’re proud as punch to be keeping things local and supporting some incredible artisinal producers, and we’re pretty happy with just how delicious they are too.
Try our Big Nath’s honey glazed chilli sausage, piquillo peppers, sweetcorn, roast onion, GingerBeard’s cinder toffee mustard sauce pizza.
Welsh Dragon sausages – they’re lit. Hate to drag-on about local produce, but BBQs don’t get more Bristolian than Big Nath’s Texan Style BBQ. These sausages are infused with leek and dried chilli flakes, then glazed in chilli spiced honey.
We relished the chance to try this Bristolian take on classic Carolina BBQ sauce and we’re keen as mustard to get this lip-smacking sauce on one of our pizzas. New Bristol Brewery collaborated with Alp Mac to create this cinder toffee sauce.
If that’s got your mouth watering for a taste of local, pop in and visit us on Bristol’s Harbourside. You’ll find us just a short walk from the town centre and Millenium Square. You’ll find a home with us at the bar, or why not book a table in advance?
